Forrest Furnishing will deliver items purchased from this website and/or our Glasgow showroom throughout Cental Scotland as shown on the map opposite. If you live in a remote area of the country outwith the areas shown on the map please contact us and we'll be more than happy to supply goods to you by a carrier of your choice.
All our deliveries are carried out to the highest levels of service. Placing furniture in your room of choice and where applicable our delivery teams will endeavour to carry out basic construction (i.e. Fix legs on to dining tables). For more technical construction and/or fitting a cabinet building service can also be arranged for a small fee.

Delivery of the products shall be made by the Seller or his agent notifying the Buyer that the products are available for collection at the Sellers premises or for delivery to such place as the Buyer may specify at the time the order is placed.
The Seller shall use his reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery.
In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
For delivery to the Scottish Islands we will deliver to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.
Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
There is a standard charge per delivery for all orders delivered to an address in mainland Scotland. Delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £49 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days following delivery of the goods.
Also available is the option to collect at store where you can select the collect at store option and arrange to pick up the item(s) yourself with no delivery charge levied.

KA1-KA26, KA29-KA30, PA1-PA19, PA21-PA40, PH1-PH41, PH45 and above.
For other areas on our schedule such as parts of IV, CA, NE and DH Postcodes we have a minimum order value of £500. please contact us for more information.

If the Buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason they may, within seven days of delivery, contact the Seller’s customer service department to notify them that they wish to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods themself to the Supplier at their own cost or they may ask the Seller to collect the goods in which case they will be charged £99 which will be deducted from their refund. Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Please note that for selected items made to order furniture there is a 30% cancellation/returns fee unless the order is cancelled within one week of placement. Such specially made items are clearly marked.
The returns policy detailed on our website relates specifically to orders placed online.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.

We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
